Currently sitting in an airport looking back on this beautiful wedding between Andie and Chris and I couldn’t wait to get it on the blog! Plus, I don’t know when I’ll get good wifi for the next two weeks so it’s a win win!
Andie and Chris were such a cute couple! And it made me laugh because the height difference between then, reminded me A LOT of Don and I! (: I LOVE when I feel like I can just completely relate to my couples!
One my favorite parts of their day was their exchanging of vows! I love these moments because you often get hints of inside jokes, and it’s easy to relate to yourself and your spouse or loved one! Not to mention, I’m a SUCKER for when the groom gets teary eyes! At one point during the ceremony, I remember feeling like I had captured what I needed to, and I put my camera down, and just listened. (I don’t do that often, because I like to ALWAYS be ready to snap any memorable moment). But I did during their ceremony and ended up getting teary eyed myself thinking of my husband and the promises I’ve made to him.
I’m truly blessed to be able to witness so many weddings. I loved being and be reminded of that sweet, newly-wed kind of love and excitement to start your life off together!
Another one of my favorite moments, was during her father/daughter dance. The dance started out with just the two of them, and soon, her mother and sister had joined in as they embraced one another. They just swayed. Then aunts, uncles, additional family and friends joined in until it was a giant circle of people with their arms wrapped around one another.
I have NEVER seen anything like this at a wedding day, but I seriously think it should be a tradition from here on out!
Thank you so much for letting me be a little part of your day Andie and Chris!!! You two are adorable!
Florals, make up, hair and decorations are all done family.
